Shipping (Postage and Packaging)
Postage and packaging for the United Kingdom are calculated at £3.00 for all orders under £20. Orders over £20, postage and packaging will be free of charge.
Currently, we only post to selected countries, we apologise for any inconvenience. We will be looking at expanding this very soon.
All orders will be dispatched the next working day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (not Including bank holidays)
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can offer either a refund or exchange plus an additional 20% of your returned items. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we are not responsible for returns being lost in the mail.
We aim to handle your returns within three working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed and ask for pending transactions.

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
